"From Sketch to Carpet" collection

Woven from natural wool and silk, the collection was created through a collaboration between Faig Ahmed Studio and Azerkhalcha OJSC. Digital distortions are translated into handwoven carpets by skilled women weavers from rural communities working in Azerkhalcha's studios across Azerbaijan, creating a dialogue between contemporary design and traditional craftsmanship. Produced as a limited edition, the collection features seven designs, with only ten pieces of each: Turquoise Goychali, Midnight Gonaghkend, Spring Goychali, Rose Goychali, Ink Goychali, Crystal Goychali and Magenta Gonaghkend. Each design draws on the ornamental and compositional traditions of Azerbaijan's historic carpet-weaving schools, particularly those of the Guba region and Western Azerbaijan.

"Fruits" Collection

Collection combines traditional Azerbaijani carpet weaving with a contemporary artistic approach, building on the original concept by artist Samira Allahverdiyeva. In her works, pomegranate and persimmon motifs express childhood memories, national traditions, and the abundance and prosperity deeply rooted in Azerbaijani culture. Inspired by this concept, young artist Sema Mammadli has developed the collection through her distinctive artistic style, introducing a new visual direction. Her compositions feature pomegranate, apple, and lemon motifs, combining contemporary colours with vibrant designs. The collection brings together the unique perspectives of two artists, creating a dialogue between tradition and modernity. Handwoven from wool and silk by Azerkhalcha's skilled women weavers, the carpets feature 3D weaving technology, giving the fruit motifs volume and a distinctive relief effect.
