VICTORY PARK
Victory Park, located in Baku’s Seaside National Park, commemorates
the victory of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in the Second Karabakh War.
At its entrance stands the Victory Arch, symbolizing the path to victory.
The arch features 44 columns, with the tallest reaching 44 meters,
representing the 44 days of the Patriotic War. The park also includes a
memorial monument dedicated to November 8 – Victory Day.

SHUSHA MOSQUE
A prestigious mosque complex is currently under construction in Shusha as a symbol of freedom, national strength, and the spiritual heritage of Islam in
Azerbaijan’s ancient city, liberated from occupation. The mosque will feature two 72-meter minarets reflecting the region’s national spirit and cultural identity. The project has been designed to achieve LEED/BREEAM certification upon completion.

LANKARAN SPRINGS AND WELLNESS RESORT
Lankaran Springs Wellness Resort is a five-star hotel and health sanatorium situated in the Haftoni settlement of Lankaran city, in southern Azerbaijan.
The complex covers an 11-hectare area and includes a hotel with 182 rooms, a health center, two medical buildings, and a kindergarten. Construction works across all disciplines were carried out to create this comprehensive facility. It provides a complete setting for rest, recovery, and wellness amid a peaceful natural environment.

Hilton Garden Inn provides world-class hospitality with top-tier services for
both business and leisure guests. With a total area of 15,530 sqm, the hotel
features 2 underground levels, 12 floors, and 195 comfortable rooms. It also includes modern conference halls, multifunctional event spaces, a fitness

VICTORY MUSEUM
A memorial complex located on 8 November Avenue in Baku, dedicated to preserving the legacy of Azerbaijan’s victory in the 44-day Patriotic War.
The project features eight exhibition halls, a library, an auditorium, a cafeteria, and supporting technical and administrative areas with complete fit-out works, functional zoning, exhibition space development, and installation of advanced engineering systems.

Kapital Bank Headquarter
Works are performed by PMD Projects to unite Kapital Bank’s offices in the North Tower of Port Baku. The project includes MEP and fit-out works across 23 floors, covering a total area of 32,000 sqm, creating a modern, functional, and comfortable workspace for one of Azerbaijan’s leading A-class banks.
KHAZRI RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
The Khazri residential complex, located in Sumgait city, consists of 9 buildings with a total construction area of 86.733 sqm, of which 51,949 m² is residential space, 8,226 m² covers buildings and structures, 10,498 m² is allocated for parking, and 16,060 m² is dedicated to landscaped areas.

Imarat Stadium
The Imarat Stadium is one of the key sports infrastructure projects implemented under the First State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories of Azerbaijan. The stadium will be constructed in accordance with UEFA Category 4 requirements and will have a seating capacity of 11,700 spectators. In addition to the main football field, the

ALAT FREE ECONOMIC ZONE HEADQUARTER BUILDING
Construction works of the main office building and infrastructure development across all disciplines have been successfully completed within the Alat Free Economic Zone. This project is of great importance and is regarded as a strategically vital step in the country’s economic development. It embodies the national vision to drive regional growth and reinforce Azerbaijan’s position as a hub for international trade and investment in the South Caucasus.
